If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. To process a replacement, we may request photographic evidence of the damage and proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items that are damaged on-site due to handling, installation, or misuse.

  • Products that have been used improperly or damaged during use will not be eligible for return or exchange.
