At LayerBuilt, we aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed — in such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable courier services to ensure your product arrives safely and on time. Standard delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Regional Areas: 3–8 business days after dispatch

 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
